1. Shipping: All products are shipped from the USA
2. Activation: All Smart cards to our Canadian customers are pre-activated for 12 months from the order date.
3. Warranty: All equipment is warranted for three (3) months. An additional 1 year extended warranty is
available for $20 per year.
4. Warranty Policy: All warranty problems should be faxed, emailed or telephoned into our office within seven
days of the equipment failure.
5. Smart Cards: We DO NOT allow for purchases of Smart Cards only to ensure the integrity of the systems.
6. Simple Annual Fees: Canadians pay a once a year fee for uninterrupted quality digital services. Depending
on the choice of satellite system selected, prices vary but are delightfullly affordable. -VALUE AT ITS BEST!!
7. Warranty Replacements: Warranty Replacements will be shipped out to the customer within 24 hours of
reciept of defective unit (subject to inspection). Any items damaged by fire, misuse, water or lightning is not
covered.
8. International Programs: International programs are available in the following languages: Arabic, French,
Japanese, Russian, Chinese, German, Greek, Korean, South Asian , Dutch, Italian, Polish, Urau, Farsi, Israeli,
Potuguese and Tagalog. From $4.99 to $21.99 when ordered with any of the basic programs (When not
ordered with basic program, prices will vary).
