Warranty
1. All products are shipped within 48 hours of activation and proof of payment via UPS, FEDEX or Us postal
service, please allow 5-10 days of delivery
2. All products are warrantied for 3 months from the date ordered. Customers may extend product warranty to 12
months for an additional $20.00/US
3. All warranty problems should be faxed, emailed or phoned to our office within 7 days of equipment failure
4. All warranty replacements will be shipped out to customers within 48 hours of receipt of defective units (subject
to inspection)
5. Any item damaged by fire, water, lightning, misuse or acts of God is not covered
6. Failure of items due to normal usage and conditions are covered
All new products, sold by American Satellite Systems, come with one year warranty.
Futher extended warranties are available, please inquire.
All refurbished products come with 3 months warranty, extended warranty is available call our help desk to inquire.
All items repaired by us, carry a 3 month warranty on labor and 1 year warranty on parts used to affect the repairs.
